Welcome to Saginaw Logger's Day, Saturday September 18, 2010
What: A show and festival in which actual working local loggers compete and show off their skills to an appreciative crowd of family, friends and festival goers. This year a crew of 35 volunteers rallied to prepare the field. Click Here for a gallery of preparation pictures.
When: Saturday, Sept 18, 2010 Time: Approx 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Competitors:
Sign up and registration 9:00-11:00 a.m.
Must have prior logging experience.
Must sign a “hold harmless” waiver
No professional logging show contestants are allowed for competition.

Spectators:
Food vendors will be on site, along with various other vendors of arts, crafts and clothing.
Parking will be approximately 2 blocks away, in a nearby farm field. A shuttle van is available, and handicapped parking is available on site, for those with displayed stickers in their vehicles. The parking lot will close soon after the show has ended, no overnight camping is permitted.
Recommended to bring with you:
Lawn chairs
Clothing for all kinds of weather
Cash for food/beverage/etc. (no credit or ATM machines are available!!)

Food vendors need a Pacific County Food Handlers Permit for selected items

Cash donations are always welcomed to offset festival preparation costs. Our non-profit ID # is available for your tax deductional donations.
Volunteers:
Help is always welcomed and needed for the following areas: Event timers, parking attendants, grounds preparation, program and button selling, and myriads of other things.
Grounds preparation will be on a weekend in late August. We will need all the help we can get for setting logs, sawing up old logs, splitting and stacking wood to raffle, and many other things.
